• Booths are approximately 10' x 10'. Vendors may reserve up to two adjacent booth spaces for a total area of 10' x 20', subject to availability.

• Vendors are responsible for the setup, safety, and presentation of their booths.

• All tables must be covered.

• Setup must be completed by 7:30 a.m. on the day of the event.

• Vendors must be in place 45 minutes before opening.

• Breakdown may only begin after event closure.

• No pets (except registered service animals).

• Smoking allowed only off-property or in designated areas.

• The Meux Home Museum, the City of Fresno reserve the right to decline any display or product that does not align with the museum’s mission.

• Vendors will be contacted once applications have been reviewed to confirm whether their application has been approved.

• Due to limited space and event considerations, submission of an application does not guarantee participation.

• Approved vendors will receive a confirmation message with additional details, including booth assignment information and instructions for completing vendor registration.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Meux Home Museum, the City of Fresno, and Craig and Robin Schumacher (Trustees), along with their consultants, agents, and employees, from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from participation in the Bygone Bazaar. This includes, but is not limited to, injury, illness, damage, theft, or property loss, regardless of fault unless caused solely by the Museum or its agents.
