The reservation fee is $120, which secures your private tour and covers up to 12 guests. Whether you are booking for one person or a full group of twelve, the cost remains the same — the minimum charge for any private tour is $120.

If your group includes more than 12 guests, an additional fee of $10 per person will apply for each guest beyond the first twelve.

Once your tour date is confirmed, a payment link will be provided. Payment must be submitted no later than seven (7) calendar days before your scheduled visit.

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy:
If you are unable to attend your scheduled tour, you may request to reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is based on availability.

Please note:
– We do not offer refunds for cancellations or missed tours.
– If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, we may not be able to accommodate a new date.
– Rescheduling is a one-time courtesy and further changes may result in forfeiture of your reservation.
