January Closure and Seasonal Preparation

Each year, the Meux Home Museum pauses its public hours for a short but meaningful stretch. Throughout the month of January 2026, the museum will be closed as our volunteers care for the house itself. This time allows for deep cleaning, thoughtful exhibit resets, and behind the scenes work that protects the home and the stories held within its walls.

This quiet season is part of how we honor the past while preparing for the year ahead. When we reopen, the house will be refreshed, welcoming, and ready to receive guests once again.

The Meux Home Museum will reopen the first weekend of February 2026, and we look forward to opening our doors to you then.
