Do you love Victorian architecture, clothing and crafts? Join us and become a volunteer at The Meux Home Museum, an elegant, Victorian home built in 1888. This Fresno museum prides itself on displaying history, furnishings, and daily life in the late Victorian period. As part of ongoing research, volunteers educate guests about the traditions and customs of this era. If you enjoy sharing history with others, participating in special events and giving back to the community, consider becoming a volunteer at The Meux Home Museum.

Volunteers must meet the following minimum requirements:

Complete a brief phone interview with our new Volunteer coordinator. ( Please complete inquiry questionnaire below.);
Read and sign The Meux Home Museum’s Volunteer Agreement and Code of Conduct;
Meet a minimum of 72 hours per year of volunteering;
Provide The Meux Home Museum with a email address so we can share important volunteer updates, calendar, and information with you regularly;
Attend scheduled volunteer meetings and continued training.
